This policy describes how FLLW handles "consumer health data" under the Washington My Health My Data Act, Nevada's consumer health data law (NRS Chapter 603A), the Connecticut Data Privacy Act and similar state laws. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
FLLW is operated by Takahiro Taguchi, doing business as InfiniX Fitness. Contact: info@fllwapp.com.
We use consumer health data to keep your fitness records, show your progress, let you communicate with the coach you chose, and support the coaching you asked for. If your coach uses AI summaries, we also use your check-ins to prepare summaries for your coach.
We get consumer health data from you, from your coach, and from summaries or inferences created from that information.
| Your coach | Your relevant records, photos, videos, messages and summaries, so they can provide the coaching you requested |
|---|---|
| Service providers | Supabase, Inc. (sign-in, database and storage), Vercel, Inc. (hosting), Google LLC (email notifications) and, if AI summaries are used, Anthropic, PBC. They receive only what they need for their services. |
| Affiliates | We have no affiliates and do not share consumer health data with any. |
To make a request, email info@fllwapp.com. We will verify your request using information reasonably necessary to confirm it is you, and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why, and the extension will not exceed another 45 days.
Withdrawing consent or deleting information may limit features that depend on it.
If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or by emailing info@fllwapp.com with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line. We will respond in writing within 45 days. If we deny your appeal, you may contact the attorney general of your state, such as the Washington State Attorney General.
If we make a material change to how we collect, use or share consumer health data, we will post the updated policy on this page and ask for your consent before applying the change to data we already hold, where the law requires it.
